Frome Friends of Palestine say they are proud to present an extremely funny and poignant one-man play on Thursday 13th July, as their contribution to Frome Festival, after a successful summer tour and a London run last year.
Written by the award-winning Hassan Abdulrazzak and performed by Asif Khan, ‘Love, Bombs and Apples’ has a sharp cutting edge for today’s multi-cultural society. Using comedy as a vehicle to bravely tackle problems facing the Arab, Jewish and Muslim communities across the world, it is a tale of four men, each from different parts of the globe, all experiencing a moment of revelation. The event is at the Merlin Theatre, starting at 7.45pm. A Middle Eastern buffet will be available in the foyer before the show from 6.45pm. £12.50/£10.50 conc.
