Frome Girls joined Yatton to take part in a friendly tournament in Castle Cary on Sunday 2nd August.
They played five matches in all and won four of them. Two of the games were evenly matched in touch tackles and the amount of turnovers. Yatton team was impressed with the effort from the Frome Girls and there was some great teamwork on and off the field.
Frome Girls would now like to take part next year as a Frome team, however they need more players. Girls over the age of 10 years old and women can come and train on a Wednesday night at the Rugby Club from 7-8pm.
