The Frome International Climate Film Festival is back for its fourth year in May continuing to grow and connect more filmmakers from around the world.
The team has so far received 900 entries from over 84 countries, which will be judged by the festival film judges, who this year include students from Frome College.
The festival will run two events on Sunday 18th and Sunday 25th May. Creator and director of the festival, James Godman said, “On the 18th May at the Cheese and Grain, there will be screenings of films from around the world, eco-art, children’s activities, a green group gathering, a local panel discussion and much more.
“Then, on Sunday 25th May there will be The Climate Awards Celebration Day at Rook Lane Chapel.
“We will be showing the award-winning films from around the world, The International Climate Film Festival Awards, The Climates, the UK premiere of the film Dreamscapes with Kate Winslet as Mother Earth plus workshops, eco-art exhibition, outside performers and local musicians.
“Come along and be inspired to support you, your family and your future.”
James said, “Let’s connect, share, support each other and inspire green change as ‘Together We Are Changing the World.”
