One of the first duties for newly appointed Frome Lions President, Allison Rumming, was to present a cheque for £2,500 to Suzy Cristinacce of Frome Birth Talk.
The donation was raised through the Lions’ 2025 Sponsored Swim, an annual event that sees swimmers of all ages dive in to raise funds for good causes.
Suzy thanked the Lions for their donation, explaining that Frome Birth Talk supports parents in the local community with services focused on emotional wellbeing. The charity provides free counselling with professional therapists, as well as hosting weekly drop-in groups and wellbeing events.
