FROME Medical Practice is advising patients that it will be inviting eligible patients for a joint appointment to receive a Covid booster jab and their flu vaccination at the same time, as soon as possible.
Practice manager, Karen Creffield said, “As soon as we receive the go-ahead from the Government, we plan to offer joint Covid booster and flu vaccination clinics at the practice.
“This will save eligible patients time and make for a much more efficient service. As soon as we have more information, we will be in touch with eligible patients about booking their appointments. In the meantime, we ask that patients don’t contact us regarding this.
“We had feedback from many patients regarding how well the Covid vaccination clinics were run earlier this year and this is something we hope to be able to reflect in our future vaccination clinics. In the meantime, we want to thank people for their patience whilst we await further guidance on this.”
The practice will be in touch with eligible patients and will update its website and social media as soon as they have news regarding the delivery of these clinics.
