Doing active work outdoors is great for health, wellbeing and friendship, while at the same time improves open spaces for people, landscape and nature.
There are several groups in and around Frome that rely upon volunteers to help with outdoor work. Frome Outdoors Programme aims to put together all that’s going on. If you run practical outdoor activities and aren’t yet in the programme, please send your list of monthly activities to: fromeoutdoors@gmail.com
All events are free unless otherwise indicated and task leaders will ensure that the work you do is within your capability. Volunteers wishing to be sent regular emails of the current programme can join the email group – please send your name, email address and a contact phone number to fromeoutdoors@gmail.com to be added to the list.
