FROME Poetry Cafe is returning next month with a love-themed night at the Garden Cafe.
The evening will be held on Monday 15th February starting at 7.30pm. Entry costs £2 on the door.
Organiser Crysse Morrison said, “This will be a ‘love night’ special, with poetry on the theme of love. Longed or lusted for, lost or spurned, bitter or sweet – just about any aspect of love or lack of it will be celebrated.
“Stephen Payne, awarded the title Frome Festival Poet Laureate by popular acclaim last summer, will be returning as guest poet and we’ll have our usual popular open mic, with one lucky reader winning a superb anthology of love poems donated by Hunting Raven Books.”
