THE Frome Poetry Cafe will host a festive event on Monday 5th December at The Garden Cafe on Stony Street starting at 7.30pm.
The Cafe welcomes special guest John Christopher Wood, winner of the title ‘2016 Festival Poet Laureate’ this summer, whose witty Ode to the Frome Marathon was published in the Frome Times.
Plus there’s the ever-popular Open Mic as well, with everyone very welcome. This event will also be the Cafe launch of Crysse Morrison’s new collection Crumbs From a Spinning World, published by Burning Eye Books.
Starting promptly at 7.30pm on Monday December 5th, entry is £2 on the door, and there will be festive snacks and drinks and books available.
