The Frome Half Marathon returns on Sunday 16th July and organisers are looking for volunteers to don a fluorescent jacket and help keep the runners safe for this fantastic day for the town.
With areas of work including runner marshalling, spectator way-finding, race village coordination, refreshment station management, ‘Team FHM’ volunteers are the key to making the visitor and runner experience truly unique.
If you would like to get involved contact@fromehalfmarathon.co.uk.
It’s also not too late to enter at www.fromehalfmarathon.co.uk. Individual runners are raising money for their chosen charities, while the event itself raises money for Frome Activities and Sports Trust (FAST), a new initiative that aims to provide a community resource for any activity or sports group in the town; plus other local charities. Remember, there is no entry on the day.
