THE Golden Goose is a veteran of the St Catherines revival in Frome, having traded in the area since 2002 and starting high on the hill.
The shop continues to search for new designs and this spring there are some fine new editions of ceramics from a dedicated Welsh potter. This collection celebrates nature and can be seen in their main window.
From Stoke on Trent another new range, including a two handled cup carrying the year of 2014 , makes an ideal christening or birthday present. Ceramic lidded pots for first curl or tooth in blue or pink china and mugs to match are also in the collection.
A wide new selection of rugs, from their fair trade family producer in India, are very reasonable priced and colours are there to match any interiors.
The selection of gardening accessories is also expanded with allotment tins and fishing tins to carry lunches on days out. This range also carries shed tidy trays and an interesting range of seeds, for plants to attract bees to the garden.
Their retro clocks are also expanded in numbers with some fine reproductions of these classic 40s and 50s ranges. Style and simplicity are the key components and the black or grey and soft shades of blue or green work well with most interiors.
“This is just a selection of our new products and we look forward to seeing you at the Golden Goose for gifts and home accessories,” says Tony Gibson.
