Residents, their families, the team and local community at Gracewell of Frome celebrated the Royal Wedding in style by hosting a royal garden party for residents.
Residents and guests viewed the wedding in the cinema and lounges at the home, while delicious food and drinks were served. Guests enjoyed special cakes, fruit, and sandwiches, as they watched the historic royal marriage take place.
The residents were also really excited about having their photo taken alongside ‘Harry and Meghan’, as part of their celebrations. Guests and residents also enjoyed the beautiful weather and sunshine as part of the afternoon’s festivities – making the day even more special.
Debbie Goodsell, admissions advisor at Gracewell of Frome said, “We were thrilled to celebrate the royal wedding here at Gracewell of Frome, with team members, residents and their families all joining together. We were so pleased that they had a lovely time at the garden party.
“Our residents enjoyed time outside, delicious food and drinks, and taking photos with Harry and Meghan, but they most enjoyed being able to take part in the festivities with one another. It was a special day for them and for all of us who got to share in the joy of the celebration.”
