The annual mayor’s spring charity fair will be held at the Cheese and Grain on Saturday 19th March.
The fair provides a forum for local church groups, charities and other groups and societies to raise those all-important funds for their own individual causes.
The Cheese and Grain team is delighted that the event has once again been given the support of the mayor of Frome, cllr Helen Sprawson-White, who will be present during the day, as will the town crier who will be heralding the opening of the fair in the town centre.
There will be an interesting mix of charities and fundraising groups taking part, with an array of bric-a-brac and handmade goods to purchase, and tombolas and raffles to take part in.
Everyone is invited to come along and support the hard working volunteers of our local charities in their efforts to raise funds for good causes. The fair runs from 9.30am until 3.00pm and admission is free.
