The Green Deal Home Improvement is re-launching on Monday 16th March and offers up to £3,750 cash-back for solid wall insulations and up to £1,250 for other improvements like boiler upgrades. To access the grant households need to have an Energy Performance Certificate which Frome residents can access free of charge for a limited period.
Anna Francis, Frome Town Council’s energy officer said, “Last time the cash-back funding went within a day so you’ll need to act quickly to make the most of this opportunity. Frome residents can also still benefit from free loft and cavity wall insulation though and this should be available for the next few months.”
