FROME Wine Club will launch at the Cheese & Grain on Thursday 6th September, a monthly event that features expert wine knowledge, tasting and live jazz.
Frome Wine Club is a new series of monthly events sponsored by the Cheese and Grain, each featuring wine of a different type. There will be exciting speciality wines to taste, with expert explanation and personal guidance from local wine merchants, plus top level jazz from pianist Keith Harrison-Broninski and friends.
The launch event is on Thursday 6th September with ‘Boutique Wines of Spain’ from Quixotica and live jazz from John Martin (sax)/Keith Harrison-Broninski (piano).
Entry is £20 per event or £50 for all three events in the first season, including wines to taste throughout the evening. Events in the first season are; 6th September – Frome Wine Club and Quixotica present ‘Boutique Wines of Spain’, featuring John Martin (sax) with Keith Harrison-Broninski (piano).
25th October – Frome Wine Club presents ‘Vegan Wines’, featuring Andy Keep (six string bass) with Keith Harrison-Broninski (piano).
29th November – Frome Wine Club presents ‘Wines of Burgundy’, featuring Pete Maxfield (double bass) with Keith Harrison-Broninski (piano).
