LOCAL businesses have given a helping hand to the upcoming Frome Carnival, with donations towards running costs.
Carnival chairperson, June Barnes, with the help of Carnival gran, Carolyn Clements, and senior Carnival ambassador, Kathryn Strange, recently visited three businesses to thank them for their sponsorship.
Donations were received from Frome Bus Ltd, Kevin Corcoran Carpets & Vinyls, and PCC Towing & Recovery Ltd.
Frome Carnival will this year be held on Saturday 21st September.
