TWO local record stores have joined forces to organise a free gig to celebrate BBC Music Day
Frome record stores Covers Vinyl and Raves from the Grave are hosting the gig at the Granary Bar, in the George Hotel.
The bands performing on the night will include local band Lord Frith, who describe their music as a musical melting pot of influences ranging from jazz, blues and funk mixed in with a smattering of psychedelic rock and contemporary vibes.
The line-up also includes Pilote, who label themselves as a psychedelic, electro, bluegrass, pop explosion
Other acts on the night will be Frome band The Straight Fits and singer-songwriter Emily Magpie.
The gig is on Thursday 15th June from 7pm and entry is free.
