LOCAL student at Oakfield Academy, Suzanna Roberts, was crowned the winner of local boutique, Elli Fashion’s dress design competition, choosing to have a dress made for her teacher, Vikki Mead.
Owner of Elli Fashion, Lizzie Pardey, created a competition to offer one lucky winner the chance to have their creative design brought to life by UK-designed and made company, Me and Thee, who stock their pieces in the Frome shop.
