A NEW show has launched on Frome FM called Love Your Mind.
It will be broadcast every two weeks on a Thursday at midday and explore a whole range of topics around mental health and neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Tourettes and OCD). All episodes will also be available via the Frome FM website.
Hosting the show is Sally Nilsson, a psychotherapist and published author of The Man Who Sank Titanic; podcaster of The Neurodivergence and Mental Health Podcast; and public speaker. Sally is autistic and ADHD and has many life experiences being neurodivergent. She shares her knowledge and that of her hugely supportive network of fellow advocates.
Sally said, “Love Your Mind will include interviews with guests who share life experiences and give information and support, topical news and a roundup of what’s going on in and around Frome. I will be on the lookout for Fromies to interview about their experiences around mental health and neurodiversity. There will be music and some regular features to watch out for. Having a pen handy is advisable for taking down resources and lots of helpful information.
“As more and more people become aware of their mental health and want to learn about how they tick, Love Your Mind is the one stop shop for all your mind and body needs. Listen in for great tunes, advice and much more! You can listen in at Frome FM 96.6 every other Thursday at midday.”
