Spark Somerset is teaming up with Somerset Activity & Sports Partnership (SASP) to deliver their popular #MoveMore Champion Workshop in Frome.
Physical activity is proven to make us all happier and healthier. The free workshop is designed to help people find out how to support their friends, neighbours, colleagues and clients to be more active.
Jane Knowles, chief executive officer at SASP said, “This is such a fun workshop to deliver, particularly after Christmas when everyone is thinking about keeping up New Year’s resolutions, often involving living healthier lifestyles. We would love people to come along and see how easy it is to be more active, and get motivated to move with friends, families or colleagues a little more every day.”
The workshop is being held on Tuesday 22nd January, from 2pm to 4.30pm at Frome Town Hall.
It’s open to anybody in the community, regardless of age, disability or fitness level, and no specialist equipment is required.
Anyone interested in attending the #MoveMore Champion Workshop can find out more and book a free place at www.sasp.co.uk/events.
