Two of Oakfield Academy’s existing staff have been promoted to deputy heads, working closely with headteacher, Emma Wilkes.
The post of deputy headteacher (professional, development, behaviour and welfare) was offered to Emma Thomas, and the post of deputy headteacher (quality of teaching, learning and assessment) was offered to David McGrath.
