A NEW tennis table club has started at the Frome Youth and Community Centre and everyone is welcome.
Clive King who a volunteer at YMCA in Frome has started the club which will run on Saturday evenings 6pm-8pm.
Clive said, “As a family we’ve enjoyed many a friendly table tennis tournament whilst on holiday in France and thought maybe people would also enjoy playing.
“Everyone is welcome to come, all ages and abilities. It’s not difficult to play and the more practice you get, the better you’ll be.
“We have three tables and bats so you don’t need to bring anything – plus it’s free! It’s a great way of keeping fit, but also just good fun and a chance to perhaps learn something new.”
