“A professional hula-hoop artist and highly skilled facilitator, Amy brings playfulness, authenticity, passion, inspiration and powerful practices to all her training programmes and workshops.
“In this one-hour transformational workshop, you will take a dive into what internal stories and beliefs have you undermining your worth and ignoring your gut feelings, letting others overstep your personal boundaries and values.
