FROME Freelancers offers an informal networking space for freelancers, the self-employed and community groups; and this month’s special guest is Amy Guerrier from WholeheartedAF.
Organisers say, “WholeheartedAF founder and head coach, Amy Guerrier, creates and delivers training programmes on human connection, cognitive fitness, confidence, self-talk, creativity and confidence within various types of organisations in the UK and all over the world.
“A professional hula-hoop artist and highly skilled facilitator, Amy brings playfulness, authenticity, passion, inspiration and powerful practices to all her training programmes and workshops.
“In this one-hour transformational workshop, you will take a dive into what internal stories and beliefs have you undermining your worth and ignoring your gut feelings, letting others overstep your personal boundaries and values. This workshop will beautifully translate into other (if not all) areas of your life and you can expect to leave feeling inspired and clearer.”
The event is on Friday 8th April, 10am, at Frome Town Hall. To book your place, visit https://ffapril2022. eventbrite.co.uk. For queries email: sara@gracefulsolutions.co.uk or call 0776 3654803.
