LYNNE Hoddinott from the Frome branch of Not Just Pets has won the PPRA Best Member of Staff 2013 Runner-Up Award. 
Janine Tozer, the owner of the shop collected the award at the annual trade show PATS on behalf of Lynne who was unable to attend the event.
Janine said, “Lynne has always been a very loyal, hard-working, reliable, conscientious member of staff who goes the extra mile to help customers. Lynne likes to treat the customers as her friends, and she has got to know almost all of them over the years.
“Lynne is also very knowledgeable (she comes from a farming background) and has bags of common sense and practical skills. Our shop would not be the same without her.”
