Affinity Wellbeing and CrossFit UVA from Frome had three teams of six compete at Tribal Clash 2019 on (July 13th-14th), Europe’s biggest and toughest outdoor team fitness competition.
The club reports, “This was their 4th year facing off against 160 rival CrossFit boxes and gyms from all across the UK and Europe. Team “Until Victory Always” finished in the quarter-finals, narrowly missing out on the semis, with a leaderboard position of 26th out of 160 teams competing.
“They were supported by the biggest and loudest group of friends and family there too, that they couldn’t be more grateful for. They were tested across all fitness disciplines including a 5k run, swim, run, strongman and gymnastic style events, which had 100kg Atlas stones in and rope climbs, rescue boards, 250kg sandworms and more in hot temperatures on the beach at Bantham, Devon. They finished the weekend on an epic high.”
