A silent auction at Nunney International Horse Trials on the 15th 16th June, will be run by Frome Selwood Rotary Club, with the kind permission of Mrs. Angela Yeoman.
Funds raised from the event will be used to support Mendip YMCA and Team Rubicon – an organisation of ex-service personnel who help in disaster areas around the world and based in Wiltshire. Funds will also be used to support other charities supported by Rotary.
Frome Selwood Rotary Club say, “The silent auction will have lots donated by local businesses and individuals. They include a 7-night self-catering stay in Salcombe, stainless steel sculpture, horse lorry service, tickets for paintball experience, meal for 8 people, wooden bowl, wheelbarrow, cheese and many more interesting lots.
“There will also be a display of works of art by local artists, which will be available for purchase.
“So come along to the horse trials and find the Frome Selwood Rotary marquee and place a bid. The final bids will be at 3.30pm on 16th June.”
