Staff at Rowden House arranged a moonlit walk to support Daryl, a local, 13 year old boy who was diagnosed in 2015 with leukaemia – atypical CML monomonasomie 7 and GATA 2.
Daryl’s family are working hard to raise the funds needed to support his second bone marrow transplant. The staff team at the Frome care home started their 10K challenge at 10pm on 6th July and walked as a group around the Frome area until 12.30am. The walk raised a grand total of £400 to support Daryl’s transplant.
