Pupils at St John’s First School recently celebrated ‘Faith Week’ with a very special theme.
The theme was ‘love,’ which was incorporated into each subject.
Jo Alexander, school administrator at St John’s School, said, “The theme was woven into a lot of what the children were doing in all year groups during the week. They learned about love poetry, sang songs about love together, talked about the special love shared by families, and how love should be at the heart of everything we do as human beings, all over the world.”
During the week, the children also used love as the theme to decorate the school’s windows for this year’s Frome Window WanderlandWanderland.
