FROME FM sparked the interest of science-lovers recently with a special visit from Dr David Smith from Frome College on the station’s breakfast show.
After discussing atoms and water structure, David answered listeners’ questions on subjects such as ‘The Big Crunch’, time dilation and the difference between steam and evaporation.
Breakfast show presenter Jennie Smith said, “The response to the show was unprecedented, with over 50 texts and emails to the studio during the show, and even a listener coming in to the radio station once the show was over to ask further questions!”
