Local charity, Somerset Sight, is appealing for people to donate unwanted audiobooks on CD due to a recent rise in demand.
The charity’s volunteer librarian, Sue Walters says, “For many sight impaired people, audio books are their windows to the world. They would be lost without them.”
The charity is looking for all types of audio books including children’s literature, thrillers and classics. Audiobooks on tape are not required. Please call 01823 333818 or email reception@somersetsight.org.uk if you have any books to spare.
