The Frome Tiny Homes Event taking place at the Cheese and Grain on 22nd March, promises an amazing day out for anyone who is interested in building or buying their own tiny home, in creating additional living space in their garden, or simply in a simple less cluttered approach to life.
It will focus on the three areas of tiny housing, self-build and co-housing and will include presentations, films, seminars and discussion.
Organisers Fair Housing for Frome have just put out a call for anyone who’d like to exhibit their work at the event. Applications are welcome from local individuals and companies working not only with tiny houses, but also with small scale timber frame buildings, yurts, shepherd’s huts, garden buildings or space-saving solutions. There is a limited number of indoor tables available, plus an extensive reserved space for outdoor pitches, which are expected to reach an even bigger audience.
Organiser Alison Murdoch, who can be contacted on alison@fairhousingfor frome.org.uk said, “Any individuals and businesses who share our commitment to environmental sustainability, affordability and a simpler lifestyle are welcome to apply.
“Preference will be given to small-scale enterprises based in the southwest.”
