Young People Frome are once again organising an exciting multicultural family festival on Sunday the 10th of November at the Cheese and Grain 12.00noon-3.00pm, celebrating the town’s diversity by making those contributions visible.
Organisers say, “There will be arts and crafts to make, performances of dance, singing and music with audience participation, as well as different foods to try. Entrance is free.
“As it is Remembrance Sunday we will have a display and some stories from people who have connections to the First and Second world wars. We must never forget, for example the bravery of Polish Spitfire pilots in the Battle of Britain.
“While preparations are in full swing, there is still space for more groups or individuals to get involved and share aspects of your culture and heritage.
