THREE top acts are lined up to perform at the Cheese and Grain over the next few weeks – John Lydon, also known as Johnny Rotten from the Sex Pistols, American rock band Wheatus, of ‘Teenage Dirtbag’ fame and reggae royalty Julian Marley, son of Bob Marley.
John Lydon, who was the lead vocalist for English punk rock band Sex Pistols, is due to perform on Saturday 18th May, with his spoken word tour, I could be right I could be wrong.
He will talk about how he sees life, about his unique and extraordinary career and reflect on the Sex Pistols, Public Image Limited (PiL), his art and his life’s story during an informal evening of conversation and audience questions.
There is also a chance to purchase ‘meet and greet’ tickets for the show.
Next month on Wednesday 12th June, American rock band Wheatus will perform. Best known for their iconic single Teenage Dirtbag, the band have released five albums with their self-titled debut album reaching platinum in the United Kingdom.
Later in the month, reggae royalty, Julian Marley, son of Bob Marley, will be performing on Monday 24th June.
Hot on the heels of his 2024 Grammy Award winning album Colors of Royal, Julian Marley will be stopping off for an up-close and personal show. Son of the legendary Bob Marley, Julian inherited the essence of his father’s music while carving his path to greatness.
