FROME Town FC are out of the FA Trophy after a 5-3 defeat against Carshalton Athletic.
Frome Town reports, “Two goals from Jon Davies and a cracker from Matt Smith wasn’t enough, as we bow out to Carshalton in the FA Trophy. Carshalton were impressive opposition and we wish them well in their next round match.
“Man of the match was Jon Davies. A brace from Davies wasn’t enough to see Frome through to the next round, but he definitely showed his quality. Well played Jon.”
