Two Frome women have been named among 2025’s Most Inspiring Female Entrepreneurs in Small Business Britain’s f:Entrepreneur #IAlso100 campaign.
Frome resident Natalie Bernasconi is the founder of the award-winning social media marketing agency, Social By Natty Ltd. With eight years’ experience in the marketing industry, she has trained more than 4,000 entrepreneurs, coached over 100 brands, and built a global online community of more than 10,000 followers.
Jenn Hodge is the founder of Rama Life CIC, a not-for-profit education centre that provides education, skills, and wellbeing groups for young people.
Both women have been named in the list, which includes 100 trailblazing female founders across the country who lead purpose-driven businesses alongside a roster of other responsibilities, such as volunteering, mentoring, and community support.
As a neurodivergent entrepreneur with ADHD, Natalie has been recognised for her ability to juggle multiple roles, champion inclusivity, and drive change in the industry.
“I am deeply honoured to be included among such an inspiring group of women in the #IAlso100 line-up,” says Natalie. “As a neurodivergent entrepreneur, I’ve always been passionate about making the digital world more accessible and inclusive, not just for my clients but for the wider business community. Balancing motherhood and running Social By Natty Ltd has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of self-belief and determination.
“Mentoring and empowering other women-led businesses is at the heart of everything I do, and this recognition is a celebration of the many roles we juggle as women in business. I’m thrilled to continue uplifting others while creating meaningful impact in the industry.”
Former Frome resident Jenn Hodge was included for her work founding Rama Life CIC. She was also recognised for her volunteer work over the past 20 years, which has included supporting pregnant families and new parents, as well as helping to run various youth groups for toddlers, teens, and families. She also coordinated her community’s Covid-19 support efforts in 2020, managing over 100 volunteers.
“I am thrilled to receive this recognition and excited to be part of such an important campaign inspiring future female entrepreneurs,” says Jenn.
Launched in 2017 by Small Business Britain – the leading champion of small businesses in the UK – the f:Entrepreneur campaign aims to raise greater awareness of the impact of incredible female business owners across the country and to provide inspiration and role models for the wider small business community.
The campaign offers a host of events, training, and networking opportunities to boost skills, capability, and confidence.
