‘Affordable, unique, creative and eclectic products sourced from around the world just for you’ …is the tagline for Baxter, the homewares and interiors emporium on Cork Street, that has fast been attracting locals and visitors alike.
And for the rest of the world and of course those who don’t want to brave the weather, Baxter now offers a selection of those items online.
Several locals have also been taking up the opportunity for some interiors guidance and have been ordering all sorts of furniture, curtains and joinery through the interior design side of the business.
The success of the workshops earlier in the year has also led to a collaboration with Frome Community Education, running a 10-week course out of the Cheese and Grain, starting in January. There will also be a couple of one-day workshops in January and February, that could make great gifts for creative types at Christmas. Check out www.baxtershop.co.uk for information about his services, the shop and the courses.
