Ten year-old Tallis Mason devoted time during the recent lockdown to writing, illustrating and publishing her first book.
‘Limmy the Llama’ is available now from Hunting Raven Bookshop in Cheap Street for £5.99. Proceeds from the sale of the book will go to support the coronavirus relief work in India of the Karuna Trust (www.karuna.org).
Tallis says, “This is a book for anyone who knows what it’s like to feel lonely. It’s about friendship and being willing to move out of your comfort zone. There’s something for everybody in this story, but it’s perfect for younger readers.”
“Limmy the Llama had no friends, but one day he heard a knock at the door and everything changed..”
