Headlining at the Granary on Cork Street on Saturday 14th July as an act in the Frome Festival, will be Alan Clayson and The Argonauts.
Songwriter and music biographer, Alan Clayson, returns with his band The Argonauts. In the eyes of some, they were the greatest group ever formed – not least for a s stage act that still defies succinct description four decades after they were thrust swiftly to ‘a premier position on rock’s Lunatic Fringe’.
Their latest album, ‘This Cannot Go On’, might stand as an artistic apotheosis, were it not for the promise of surprises yet to come.
Tickets are on sale for £9 and available from the Granary.
