AVON and Somerset Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a woman in Frome.
The victim, a 44-year-old woman, was walking along Butts Hill around midday on Monday 15th May when she was attacked by another woman.
The offender, described as white, with blonde hair and in her thirties, pushed the victim to the ground and hit her in the back, before pulling her hair.
Due to comments made by the offender, it’s possible it may have been a case of mistaken identity.
