Acclaimed psychotherapist and bestselling author of ‘Grief Works’, Julia Samuel, will return to Frome on Thursday 26th March, for the launch of her latest book, ‘This Too Shall Pass’, hosted by Winstone’s Hunting Raven bookshop.
As our lives evolve, we all undergo significant and constant change. Some of these changes are expected, others completely unforeseen. Some will be positive, others negative. But all change requires adjustment and can throw up all sorts of unexpected feelings.
Julia’s critically-acclaimed book centres on the changes that punctuate our lives and draws on hours of conversations with patients, to show how we can all learn to adapt and thrive during our most difficult and transformative experiences.

There will be plenty of time for questions and for sharing thoughts. Copies of the book will be available to buy at the event and Julia will be happy to sign them.
