Acclaimed psychotherapist and bestselling author of ‘Grief Works’, Julia Samuel, will return to Frome on Thursday 26th March, for the launch of her latest book, ‘This Too Shall Pass’, hosted by Winstone’s Hunting Raven bookshop.
As our lives evolve, we all undergo significant and constant change. Some of these changes are expected, others completely unforeseen. Some will be positive, others negative. But all change requires adjustment and can throw up all sorts of unexpected feelings.
