NEW guidelines have been put in place at Frome College for when the students return in September. These include staggered start and end times, enhanced handwashing facilities and increased cleaning routines.
Students will not have to wear uniform for the first few weeks of term to relive families of financial pressure, allow for more clothes washing and avoid conflict over non–compliance. Students have also been asked to ensure they have their own personal equipment including, pens, pencils, calculators etc as these items cannot be loaned by the school.
In a letter to students, parents and families, principal Emma Reynolds wrote, “As we move into our final week of this academic year, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support and also state how proud we are of our students and how they have managed during this time.”
