A successful Book Fayre held last term at Selwood Academy, raised £750 to allow the school library to buy new books.
“Some of the new books are now appearing on the shelves – many thanks go to Year 8 pupils who have helped cover and catalogue them,” said Jane Larman from Selwood Academy.
“Year 8 and members of the school council helped choose the exciting new titles for the library.”
