THE Masonic Hall in Frome will be hosting a jumble sale on Saturday 4th February in aid of the local cancer counselling charity We Hear You (WHY) – and organisers are asking people to bring a bag to fill with goodies.
The event will run from 10.30am to 1pm. Entry costs 50p and children are free; Cakes and refreshments will be available from £1.
Chief executive of WHY Lucy Kitchener said, “People can expect lots of good quality and clean clothes, toys and teddies, bric-a-brac, shoes and books plus home-made cake, tea and coffee all at extremely reasonable prices. And we encourage people to bring a bag they can fill!”
WHY provides free emotional support for patients, families, friends and carers who have been affected or bereaved by cancer or any other life-threatening condition, across Frome, Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset and Wiltshire.
