The 2017 Frome Business Breakfast season kicks off with an event at Frome Football Club on Tuesday 7th February.
Starting at 7am, Mairi Connelly will lead this session with a focus on health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Mairi Connelly, personal trainer and pilates and lifestyle Instructor, qualified at the London Pilates Institute, will be facilitating this interactive breakfast where ways to create a healthy, happy workforce will be discussed.
Mairi said, “A happy, healthy workforce makes good business sense. Stress and anxiety at work have been high on the agenda recently. If your employees are free from illness and anxiety, they will feel good about coming to work and you’re going to get the best out of them.”
Looking at fun and cost effective ways in which both employers and employees can keep fit, reduce stress, eat well, and work efficiently, the breakfast will provide advice and allow us to practice some simple techniques.
Organised by Frome and District Chamber of Commerce, Frome Town Council, and AM Personnel’s Mairi Connelly, the Frome Business Breakfast events are open to all local businesses and community enterprises and are a great opportunity to meet with other local businesses.
The event costs £10 per person with the breakfast included in the price. Dietary options are available upon request prior to the event.
