A FROME business recently donated £6,310 to Dorothy House Hospice Care after waiving its consultation fees.
The Wig Sanctuary, owned by hair loss consultant Cassie King, donated the money earlier this month.
Cassie said, “I’d like to say a big thank you to all my clients for their generous donations.
“In the UK alone, 60% of women and 40% of men suffer some form of hair loss. Whatever the reason for this hair loss, it can be devastating, but help is at hand.”
Steph Cox, fundraiser at Dorothy House said, “Every donation we receive makes a difference to people’s lives. Patients and families benefit from nursing, counselling, complementary therapies, group activities and much more.”
