STAFF at a Frome care home will be doing a fundraising skydive in May to raise money towards activities for the residents.
Staff at Critchill Court will be joined by relatives and friends for the skydive on 26th May.
The team are hoping to raise as much money as possible for the residents’ amenities fund, which helps pay for trips out, special events, entertainers and activities for the residents.
Manager Victoria Hughes-Jones said, “We’re all very excited and a bit nervous to be taking part in the skydive!
“As our fundraising will benefit our residents, we would be so very grateful for any sponsorship to help us reach our goals, however small. I’ve got a wonderfully supportive team here who have organised this, and some very brave and willing friends and relatives of our residents.”
Mark and Blake Keegan are the grandsons of a resident at the Frome care home and have put their names down to take part.
They said, “Our nan lives here so we do what we can to support the home.”
