LADIES choir OPUS III, under the direction of Ann Stilton, will be giving their annual concert on Friday 27th March at 7.30pm in Wanstrow Village Hall.
The evening has been organised by Frome Selwood Rotary Club.
The choir say, “On the programme is a varied mixture of music by well known artists such as The Carpenters, The Beatles, Sinatra and melodies from the shows. There will also be lighthearted poetry with a comical twist, as well as a musical quiz which will require audience participation.
“The bar will open half an hour before the 7.30pm start. In addition to the concert, the ticket price of £12.50 also includes a scrumptious cold buffet served after the performance. It promises to be a delightful social evening.”

The funds raised from this event will be donated to Dorothy House Hospice In Winsley and The POD, and other local Rotary supported charities. The POD charity is a youth club in Frome where children with additional needs can make friends and socialise, and where their parents and carers can find support.
