Children’s author visits Selwood

PUPILS at Selwood Academy were visited by  children’s author Joanna Nadin recently.

Joanna visited the Frome school to talk to students in year five.

Selwood’s Jane Larman said, “Joanna has written many books for children including Flying Fergus.  The children were able to ask questions and make suggestions; one of which was that Joanne included a character called ‘Selwood’ in her next book.  She said she would be delighted to do this so we will all be on the lookout for it!”
