Frome counselling charity We Hear You is calling on children and young people in the area to enter their 2016 ‘Design a Christmas Card’ competition.
The competition is aimed at children who live across Bath and North East Somerset, Somerset and Wiltshire. Entry categories are for children aged 9-12 and 13-16 years old. The winning design will be made into Christmas cards, which will then be sold in the lead up to Christmas to help raise funds for WHY. There will be a prize for the winning designs in each category.
Gemma Wilkes, Fundraiser at We Hear You said, “We’re really excited about launching our Design a Christmas Card competition. We know there are some really talented young people around Frome and we can’t wait to see what designs they come up with. It’s a great opportunity for any aspiring artists to see their work in print.”
Entries can be submitted to fundraising@wehearyou.org.uk and must be received by Saturday 8th October. Winners will be announced the following week.
