A whole school assembly on the climate emergency, held on Friday 20th September at Springmead School, inspired the classes from Nursery to Year 6, with their teachers, to walk out of school in unity with schoolchildren across the world, to demand urgent Government action. In classes, children took part in activities exploring the issues. Year 6 investigated meat free living by making veggie burgers.
