Health Connections is running training for people to become ‘Community Connectors.’
The groups says, “Living and feeling better starts with a simple step; connecting. There is so much going on in your community that can support you with health and well-being, many of these things are free or low cost, for example support groups, services run by local voluntary organisations, peer support groups and free exercise opportunities.
“Are you interested in finding out about what is available in your community?
“Would you be keen to pass this information on to people in your workplace, social group, friends, family and neighbours? Then become one of our community connectors.
“The more people there are that know about the support that is available in the community, the more we can all support each other.
“Come along to our next fun and informative training session on Tuesday 12th March, 1.00pm—2.45 pm at Frome Medical Practice, Enos Way, Frome, BA11 2FH Booking is essential, but it is free and open to anyone who is interested in this workshop.
